GENERAL RULES AND TERMS OF BUSINESS
1.1. OdIvan's general rules and conditions of business ("General Terms") regulate the general rules and conditions under
to which Eponuda provides advertising services for Clients and Clients' products and additional services,
defined in Article 2 of the General Rules ("Services"), and the rights and obligations of OdIvan and the Client
("Parties") in connection with the provision of Services.
1.2. The general conditions apply to all OdIvan offers for the provision of Services and contracts for the provision of services
Service.
1.3. Eponuda's offer includes only those Services that are expressly stated in it and is valid only until
the deadline set for its acceptance.
1.4. The contract for the provision of Services is considered concluded when Eponuda receives the Client's declaration of
acceptance of the offer. The contracting parties may after acceptance of the offer by the Client
conclude a contract on the provision of Services in written form.
1.5. In the event of any differences or discrepancies or any other inconsistencies between the contract o
provision of Services concluded in written form, offers and acceptance of offers and General Terms and Conditions,
priority in the interpretation of the will of the Contracting Parties, is carried out according to the following priority
in order:
- contract on the provision of Services in written form,
- offer and acceptance of the offer,
- General conditions.
